Required Education:
4 Year Degree
Prepare operating/capital budget with Mgrs., Asst. Dir. & Dir. •Prepare/monitor variance report ensuring budget goals are met. Develop strategies to correct variances. •Approve dept. expenditures & payroll, prepare/implement rates/charges airline fee schedule model, work with Finance dept. on year-end processes. •Review Airport Board & Council agenda memos for funds certification, make meeting presentations & reports. •Prepare agendas & action items of Airport Board & Council presentations. •Responsible for oversight of Parking operations. •Recommend/direct hiring, evaluation, training & discipline of all admin staff. •Track FMLA leave & insurance (medical, life, injuries, E-1 reports, employee statements, etc.), related workers compensation forms. •Audits funds & prepare non-compliance reports. Conduct special compliance audits as needed. •Ensure Airport is compliant with required insurance & security bond lease requirements. •Administer risk management function in coordination with Risk Management. Prepares paperwork for property damage to City, Airport, & customer property. Serves as liaison with City’s insurance company.

Additional Salary Information: $55,589 - $73,340 Annually (Dependent on Qualifications)
