Responsibilities
Review and refine risk management policy and risk management framework
Assist in the development of risk system and automation of current process
Perform risk assessment regularly, identify potential risks and address current risks
Prepare risk reports and highlight potential risk to multiple stakeholders
Attend investment decision meetings including margin financing and asset management when required
Report to headquarter and group officers
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in finance and accounting
At least 3 years of work experience in the finance industry
Pure Big 4 background with financial services clients is preferred
Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently and efficiently
Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
