Treasury Manager - Financial Affairs

The Director of Treasury is responsible for overseeing all Treasury functions of the University, including Treasury operations, Endowment (hybrid OCIO model), Debt, and Credit. Additionally, this position will participate in several Committees where her/his expertise will be required. This position reports directly to the COO and Senior Vice President of Finance and has the Controller, Director of FP&A (budget director), Sr. Director of Facilities, Director of Human Resources and CIO as peers.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business. Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience of progressively responsible financial management experience. Non-profit treasury experience. Relevant risk management experience. Certified Treasury Professional designation. Excellent analytical and project management skills. Excellent writing and communication skills. Must be able to prioritize and organize activities and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Team player and strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. High level proficiency using Microsoft Office. All candidates must show a demonstrated commitment to diversity and the university’s mission vision and values. This position requires a criminal history background check and credit check. |
