Job Responsibilities:

To handle operation of building services systems and the related repair and maintenance works
To prepare quotations or tender documents
To monitor contractors' performance
To co-ordinate life cycle replacement works, improvement works and fit out works
To handle repair service requests from other HKEX Divisions/Departments
To perform ad hoc duty and attend emergency call out duty as assigned; and
Shift duty is required

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years' experience in property and facilities management
Self-motivated with good communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A or above
Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS office
