The Corporate Finance Director provides support to finance leadership by managing various projects in the Controller�s office. Coordinates and performs financial modeling for impairment analysis as well as implements and participates in process improvement intiatives and other projects as required.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Manage quarterly/annual goodwill and asset impairment evaluations including financial modeling, oversight of third-party valuation consultants and facilitation with external auditors
• Manage various finance policies including periodic updates and queries from internal parties and auditors
• Manage Asset Retirement Obligation (ARO) matters including preparation of the annual ARO budget and analysis for the year-end financial audit
• Serve as Finance Section Chief for corporate disaster response team, coordinating response with corporate and business unit finance teams and documenting overall financial impact
• Manage ad hoc financial analysis and process improvement projects as determined by the Controllerâ��s Office
• Other Controllerâ��s office projects as needed

• Bachelorâ��s degree in Finance, Business or related field
• 10+ years progressive project and process management experience
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
