Your role As an Oracle Senior Manager, your role will involve:
Engagingin both advisory and delivery projects, from helping clients with theirtransformation strategies, to supporting the full lifecycle of Oracle deliveryprojects
Developingand driving new client opportunities
Workingwith our clients to design business processes and solutions supported by Oracletechnology
Holdingyourself and team accountable for ensuring that results are achieved

Your professional experience
Proven abilityto develop strong long-term client relationships, be recognised as a trustedbusiness advisor to a broad client group within your selected industry, anddeveloped new client accounts and enhanced market share through newrelationship development
Experienceworking across project lifecycles, including Oracle Cloud Financialsimplementation experience using an agile framework or experience of workingacross Oracle project lifecycles, including implementing some combination ofOracle Financials, Procurement and Supply-Chain modules using an agileframework
Building longterm client relationships and a demonstrated ability to turn these relationshipsinto opportunities
Management oflarge teams including onsite, offshore and third parties to deliver large andcomplex Oracle programmes
Workeffectively within an inclusive team and actively support the development ofindividuals and teams, both formally and informally
Managestakeholders using clear communications and be able to form strong clientrelationships
Demonstrate aclear understanding of risk in relation to Oracle delivery projects
Demonstratedunderstanding and appreciation for diversity in the global workplace and acommitment to inclusion
Knowledge ofmarket trends, including opportunities and competitor activities in marketassessment
Experience inleading sales to deliver Oracle projects - including the development of newbusiness, bids and expansion on existing accounts
Industryexperience within Financial Services, Retail or Public Sector being preferable.For Public sector candidates security clearance is also preferable.
