Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate the financing strategies and plans of the Group to ensure sufficient funds for business activities to proceed smoothly;
• Establish financing management system, process, and work specifications, and organize their implementation;
• Contact financial institutions and investment institutions, seek for financing capital, and plan financing projects comprehensively;
• Responsible for the whole process of analysis, selection, project establishment, risk analysis, implementation and supervision of financing projects;
• Collect and sort out relevant laws, regulations and policies, analyze the financing risks of the market and projects, formulate the financing plan according to the strategic goals and business plans, and report to the management for approval;
• Maintain and develop corporate financing channels and establish diversified corporate financing channels; and
• Assist in expanding channels such as banks, securities firms, listed companies, and financial companies, and connect with outsourced investment departments of various institutions for project financing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in economics, finance or other related disciplines, master degree holder is preferred;
• More than 10 years of financial capital investment experience, and more than 8 years of financing management experience;
• Familiar with financial institutions, understand equity investment and financing, asset management plans, trust and other investment banking businesses, have the ability to integrate resources, have abundant financing channels and extensive interpersonal relationships;
• Have strong analytical, coordination and business negotiation skills
• Have good professional ethics, proactive and ability to respond to emergencies in a timely and correct manner;
• Have a keen sense of the market, can seize opportunities and avoid financing risks;
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, good written skills in Chinese and English
