Brief Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Finance (Commercial and Residential), you will be working closely with the Commercial property team on financials, budgets, forecasts and business processes. You will also work closely with other departments such as the Shared Service, Tax and Treasury on any financial related matters. You will also be involved in liaising with joint venture/capital partners on financial reporting matters as well as supporting ad-hoc investment or special projects.

Requirements:

You are degree qualified in Accountancy/Finance and has been in a similar capacity with at least 10 years' experience in a Real Estate Company. Ability to communicate, engage and influence various stakeholders are quite key to this role. This is a mid to senior level role where you will be involved in training and mentoring the junior employees in the team.
