Key Roles and Responsibilities of the AML Compliance Officer, Leading Asian Bank:

• In charge of daily Compliance Advisory and AML/Financial Crime Compliance matters - including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CFT), Sanctions, Anti-bribery and Fraud
• Assist in development and implementation of AML compliance policies, frameworks and procedures
• In charge of reviewing and maintaining regulatory compliance policies and practices - such as FACTA/CRS Reporting
• Keeping abreast on all regulatory updates
• Support all business lines on compliance matters such as conducting enterprise wide risk assessments and periodic reporting
• All other ad-hoc matters

Requirements of the Head of Legal, Leading Investment Bank:

• At least 5 years relevant compliance experience in Brokerage/Securities/Corporate Finance
• Experience managing Compliance - AML/Financial Crime Investigations or Projects
• Good time management and Problem Solving Skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management
• Good team player, Self-motivated and Adaptable
