Responsible for day to day operation and implementation of Rayonier’s cash management program, the control of operating and investment bank accounts, the administrative control of debt, short term investments, credit and financial risk management programs, letters of credit and internal loan agreements. The role requires knowledge of cash management practices, banking operations and moderate knowledge of MS Excel. The proper handling of this position is critical to Rayonier’s daily operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manages daily cash operations to include the coordination among the controllers, other departments and the banks. Assure that cash moves among legal entities in accordance with established procedures.
• Deposits checks collected at the office and manage all payments sent by the Company (i.e., checks, ACH and wire).
• Monitors bank account balances and assist the controller’s department in resolving reconciling items with the banks.
• Administers Rayonier’s debt and short term investment programs. Prepares notes, confirmation letters, calculates interest and monitors the payment/collection of interest.
• Administers Rayonier’s Financial Risk Management program. (Interest Rate Swaps)
• Administers Rayonier’s letter of credit program. Request new LC’s, modify existing LC’s and terminate LC’s, as needed.
• Administers corporate credit management. Access data from accounting source and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
• Administers all bank authorizations to open and update bank accounts. Prepares all documents required for opening, maintaining and closing bank accounts, and for the changing of signatories reflected on the bank accounts.
• Co-administration of the Corporate credit card program and Expensify.
• Support Sarbanes Oxley compliance, including internal and external audit requests
