This role works as part of the Change Management team to support the delivery of change activities across a portfolio of assigned projects. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of change management and understands how to leverage key stakeholders to implement changes across large complex global projects. This role will be responsible for supporting the deployment of change management strategies across a portfolio of projects/programs in varying global regions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project specific communications and training strategies and plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads change across a number of projects requiring change management strategy and plans. Leads the development of communication and training strategies and plans including conducting background research and content development to support finance projects and initiatives.
Works directly with project key stakeholders and is responsible for briefing executive audiences where needed.
Assesses changes occurring across projects and plans change management activities accordingly.
Translates project information and data into compelling visuals that support project/initiatives' business objectives.
Proactively communicates with the Change Director and Platform Senior Director on change management needs on projects, provides updates on all change management activities across assigned projects.
Designs and executes communications programs to drive employee engagement.
Builds collaboration between members of various departments including, but not limited to, Finance, Digital & Technology, Marketing, Procurement, People/HR and external vendors.
Performs other duties as assigned
May supervises and assigns responsibilities to more junior members of the change team. Also provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of experience, preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to internal and external audiences.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires knowledge of financial terms, concepts and accounting principles and the ability to comprehend and interpret complex financial transactions.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to understand the dynamics of multiple changes, across various business segments, regions and stakeholder groups, in order to identify the interdependencies across the project and sequence change management activities accordingly. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex financial information and transactions and accounting principles. Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team. Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience in Smartsheet an asset.
