Based in PARIS, reporting to the General Manager of the Paris office, this professional will joining the existing team located in France and will work closely with the headquarter.
The candidate will be in charge of helping in originating financing files with the Directors of the branch on (i) analyzing the business opportunities and (i) executing the real estate financing in order to maximize the presence with the best quality.
Participating in the loan origination and development/ strengthening of the client base;
Working on various asset financings such as offices, hotels, logistics and retail assets as well as for different types of investors;
Participating in structuring vanilla and more complex deals, negotiating the terms and conditions, preparing internal credit decision papers (credit committee, preclearances, waiver requests );
Helping the syndication of the transaction if any;
Preparing various reporting on the activity and profitability of the branch.
b/ Your profile
Graduated in finance or law from a Business School or within a Master in Finance, you could work in French and English.

You have a proven experience in a real estate financing position in France with an expertise in the French real estate market, with 3 to 5 years' experience on execution of real estate financing transaction (vanilla and structured),
You have a good knowledge of the French real estate market: asset classes as well as the different actors,
You have the capacity of challenging the valuation reports,
You have financial and cash flow modelling skills, skills in evaluating financing risk (good risk culture) and has a critical mind,
Within the Real Estate Financing context, you should be able to propose financial structuring, balanced between the bank's concerns and investors' interests.
You have a strong presentation skills towards clients with organizational skills and high standards of work;
Client and service minded; you are able to communicate to a broad public,
Showing long term commitments to core markets and faithfulness to key clients, you are a relationship-builder;
Flexibility in your job assignment and time schedules, open-minded, you are able to handle peaks in workload;
