ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor post investments performance of portfolio companies
• Preparation of reports on Financial Due Diligence findings
• Planning and putting financial processes in place
• Analyze financial reports
• Liaison and management of external vendors and stake holders'
• Knowledge of Accounting standards, Compliance and Tax regulations

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Audit with Financial Institution experience
• The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with Degree in Economics/Finance or equivalent
• Advantageous to have experience working in a start-up and/or Fintech
