A member of the Questrom Senior Leadership Team, the Associate Dean of Finance & Administration directs daily operations and drives planning, analysis, reporting, policy development and continuous improvement for finance, budgets and accounting, human resources, facilities and operations, and information technology resources. Leads and informs the identification, analysis, and prioritization of new and existing initiatives and resource allocation decisions; engages contingency planning to understand effects on the Questrom budget, resources, structures, and facilities; develops dashboards and reports to support decision-making. Assures alignment of financial, human, technological and physical resources with Questrom's strategy, goals, and objectives. Leads continuous improvement efforts at the School in an effort to assure the effective and efficient deployment of resources and optimal processes and structures and to instill a culture of operational excellence. Acts in a management capacity to directly supervise Directors of Budgets, Facilities & Operations, IS&T, Centralized Questrom Staff, and Human Resources including performance feedback and evaluation, task assignment and prioritization, professional development, and various staff oversight duties. Serves as the Schools liaison to central administrative departments including the Provost, Budgets, General Accounting, HR, and IS&T in the execution of this role.

Master's Degree required, MBA preferred
Strong analytical, finance, budgeting, and project management skills
Proficiency in all MS Office software
Superlative oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work with multiple constituencies
Must have demonstrated decision-making and leadership experience
Ten years of experience in strategic finance, budgeting, human resources and facilities management in higher education
