Direct and manage the Passenger Revenue Accounting department’s Systems & Controls group in an effective and efficient manner.
Manage and direct the operations for the staff, systems and accounting processes supporting the Company’s Central Support System (CSS), Mail & Ride, Mobile, On-Board Ticket Sales and refunds systems.
Manage the daily balancing of the CSS and the monthly close of all revenue flowing through CSS to the General ledger including the distribution of final month end reports.
Support, manage and be able to perform all CSS tariff maintenance and upgrade. Cross-train and develop staff on CSS maintenance.
Assist in efforts to design, develop, test and implement the next generation of revenue systems technology (i.e. Smartcard, Digital wallet, etc.). Develop proper internal controls, auditing techniques and reporting to serve the informational needs of the company
Manage and support the compilation and issuance of ridership and revenue statistics and statistical data as requested by management.
Ensure development and maintenance of procedures for all systems and manual processes.
Manage, train, cross train and develop staff.
Experience managing a financial department and financial systems processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or comparable applications.
Strong organizational skills to control, direct and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Experience in revenue control.
CSS revenue system experience.
Master of Business Administration Degree.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business and/or related field.
Minimum seven (7) years of experience in accounting or accounting operations.
Minimum five (5) years of experience managing a diverse staff.
This is a safety sensitive position and subject to toxicological testing.
