The SVP,CFO will be accountable for leading the system in the execution of Broward Health's financial performance goals in furtherance of its Mission, Vision, goals, philosophy and values. The incumbent will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of system-wide financial plans, policies, programs and accounting processes and systems to achieve integrated strategic business objectives and outcomes that reflect fiscal integrity and ensure organizational success and compliance with finance and accounting standards, legal and regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements. The SVP,CFO will work collaboratively with leadership to ensure initiatives and strategies are operationalized throughout the system to ensure results meet and improve upon the organization's performance through a disciplined inclusive process.The preferred candidate will have an established background in hospital system finance and record to include visionary leadership, exemplary financial management acumen and strategic agility. The SVP,CFO will champion and facilitate best practices throughout the organization to ensure Broward Health achieves and sustains market success as the healthcare environment evolves. The incumbent will establish and maintain credibility and trust leadership and proactively communicate and educate the organization of relevant healthcare trends, issues and strategies to facilitate system alignment and market success. Education Master's Degree CPA preferredExperienceMinimum of ten (10) years healthcare finance management experience. CFO experience of a multi- facility healthcare organization highly preferred.
