Advisory Manager, CIPS (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Chicago, IL. Assist clients with improving business performance, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from transactions. Assist clients with optimizing all elements of their finance organizations. Provide guidance in effective overall financial management as well as corporate performance management. Manage engagements focused on organizational design and operational metrics. Use knowledge of operational metrics design to support strategic plans, dashboard design and benchmarking/standard industry practices.
Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships. Identify new service opportunities and take the opportunities through the sales cycle, including defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection and resource requirements. Develop a market presence.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year experience with each of the following:
- Benchmarking of financial metrics and processes to identify performance gaps and improvement insights;
- Technologies that support automation: Access;
- Maintaining compliance and control to the businesses and to the financial community;
- Assessing, identifying and recommending Business Intelligence (BI) tools to support the reporting and monitoring of performance metrics; and
- Leading and supervising teams.
Travel up to 80% of the time is required.
