M&A Manager (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Provide strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help clients address complex business challenges. Conduct pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations. Provide Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) consulting services, including M&A process improvement, M&A playbooks, and taking control of newly acquired entities. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Coach staff and provide feedback in a timely manner. Define resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or related discipline, plus five years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or a related discipline, plus three years of related work experience.
Must have any amount of experience in each of the following:
- Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, including experience in at least two of the following: pre-deal operations and information technology due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and/or post-close transformation; and
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.
Must have experience in at least two of the following functional areas: Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, and/or Sales and Marketing.
Travel up to 80% is required.
