The Treasury Analyst plays a critical role in the effectiveness of the Treasury Department by working across all disciplines of Treasury and cross functionally to ensure all department requirements and Company objectives are met or exceeded. The Treasury Analyst is primarily responsible for daily cash management, which includes analyzing all cash inflows and outflows, setting the daily cash position, forecasting future cash flows and determining short-term borrowing needs. Additionally, the Treasury Analyst is responsible for maintaining banking processes and relationships regarding our cash and short-term borrowings, and also working with Operations to ensure all banking-related needs are met.
Sets daily cash position and initiate daily fundings and payments.
Manages treasury system integration with general ledger; collaborates with Accounting to ensure all cash receipts and disbursements are accurately and automatically recorded in the general ledger.
Develops and maintains a daily, weekly and monthly cash forecast. Analyzes variances and makes forecasting process improvements.
Manages the Company’s letters of credit portfolio by working with Sales and Operations to understand the business’ needs; works with banking partners to ensure all requirements are met.
Assists in the administration and management of the Company’s debt portfolio.
Manages all bank accounts and the department’s treasury management system.
Analyzes all bank and credit card fees and makes recommendations to reduce fees.
Prepares and analyzes monthly and quarterly debt, interest and fee accruals.
Manages and prepares reporting on all trust, escrow and investment accounts.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field of study.
Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Minimum 2 years of experience processing and analyzing data, drawing appropriate conclusions and anticipating issues and conflicts.
Cash management experience a plus.
Knowledge of treasury workstation technology, cash/treasury management products and regulations.
