The Treasury Analyst performs operational activities in Corporate Treasury in the areas of systems implementation and Treasury projects to ensure streamlined processes are implemented in the different RTCs (Regional Treasury Centers) globally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as liaison between the company, internal users and banks with regard to Treasury Management System (TMS) services, including monitoring services, evaluating service requirements, etc.
Administration of banking portals and Treasury systems including compliance with policies and controls.
Assist with the implementation of Treasury Management System
Communicate effectively in formal presentation settings including creation of proposals, presentations, deliverables, and processes covering areas of responsibility.
Independently monitors and troubleshoots TMS services: Follow-up on issues, documenting issues. In order to do that, will work with the vendor to fix bugs / issues.
Lead and standardize Intercompany Trade Payable processes, including but not limited to automating PeopleSoft reports into Treasury reports, track payments, controls and communication to internal groups
Co-lead Treasury’s working capital initiatives: liaising amongst internal departments, review and analyze vendor spend data
Perform cash management activities including but not limited to daily cash positions, initiating and/or approving wires, and working with the Shared Services Team to troubleshoot issues
Perform bank fees analysis on all Treasury banking portal

High proficiency required in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

Must be familiar with banking services, especially around systems, communications and standardized formats
Must be familiar with PeopleSoft ERP
Exposure to FIS Integrity a plus but not required
Exposure to SQL a plus but not required
Project management experience a plus but not required
Must be detail oriented with the ability to address multiple priorities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
College degree required with concentration in business administration, finance, or accounting. Masters in Finance is preferred.
3-5 years finance experience required
Must be flexible and client service-oriented
Ability to learn new software, systems, and business activities quickly
Highly proficient in Excel. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data using Microsoft Excel or Access, as well as work in Hyperion applications
LICENSURE and/or CERTIFICATION
CTP - Certified Treasury Professional highly desirable
