The Business Banking Product Manager II is responsible for products and services related to the line of business they support and provides solutions that drive high-value, high-quality customer experiences for business banking and treasury management. This position will enact change by organizing strategic and tactical initiatives supported by internal and industry trends while collaborating with key partners to ensure organizational goals are met.
- Direct or assist iin the overall planning process for new features and initiatives for designated products, solutions and business lines.
-Demonstrate significant knowledge of the competitive environment related to business banking and treasury management products and services.
- Act as an advisor to business banking and treasury management sales teams. Identify, compile and understand research and analysis related to market trends, profitability, pricing, product positioning and sales strategy. Work with other business areas such as sales, web development, marketing, risk, legal, compliance and operations to evaluate scope and implement initiatives.
- Develop fact-based research documentation, business cases, use cases or presentations as part of business growth, implementation or management review processes.
- Manage detailed business documentation, spec sheets, work flows, training information and product enhancement reviews. Coordinate and ensure that product documentation to internal clients is up to date and compatible with product delivery.
Candidates should have a robust understanding of the legal, technical, operational, marketing, compliance or other related requirements of products or services and ability to influence necessary outcomes across functional areas. It will be necessary for the successful candidates to have in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape as well as risk and regulatory requirements of business backing and cash management.
We are looking for someone degreed (MBA preferred) with at least four years of banking or financial services experience, at least three years of product management experience and, ideally, product management experience with treasury and related products. Account analysis experience preferred.
