Serve as global project management lead for Treasury systems-related projects, including upgrades, maintenance efforts, RFP development, selection, and testing coordination. Drive the design of treasury technology environment, working with Transformation Lead, to ensure business requirements of the Treasury organization are appropriately met. Lead development of functional and technical requirements for Treasury systems (including integration efforts), serving as liaison with/between FedEx treasury and IT experts. Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes and improve financial controls by leveraging technology solutions. Manage system settings and static data, and provide user support for issue resolution, as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related discipline or equivalent. Relevant professional certifications, MBA, or other advanced degree strongly preferred. Seven (7) or more years of direct experience in Global Cash Management (Domestic and International), Foreign Exchange Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Banking and Treasury systems. Experience in information technology or a technical environment preferred. Excellent analytical skills, project management, and interpersonal skills. Understanding of corporate strategic initiatives, identifying potential paths toward their achievement, and determining progress measurements are critical.
